Version History

• Apple Music, both ways. Katalog reads your Music library through the system's own library framework and writes your edits back, so the two stay in step. Edits made in Music reach Katalog in seconds while it is open.
• Playlists that match Music. Every playlist mirrors Music exactly, folders included, and a playlist deleted by mistake shows in History and can be undone.
• DJ Flow. Plays through a list the way a DJ would: it leaves each record on a beat, blends into the next, and picks one of four transitions from the two records.
• Artwork Wall. A wall of album sleeves to play from. Tiles flip on their own, hovering reveals play, and the wall shows what is playing and can pause it.

• The browser groups and orders artists and albums the way Music does, sort names included, so A Tribe Called Quest sits under T
• Tracks Music has and Katalog does not are added automatically, read where they already are
• Katalog notices when a track disappears from Music
• File > Add to Library (Cmd-O), so dragging is no longer the only way in
• Tracks you drag in no longer read as missing after Music re-files them
• Tracks converted in Music, m4a to mp3 for example, relink by themselves
